The aim of the Visual Arts program is to provide opportunities for all students to think creatively and express their thoughts and feelings in a variety of visual formats. Students are encouraged to be confident, to take risks and have-a-go at using and exploring new and different types of mediums and tools.  Students are able to express and communicate informed personal responses to particular units of inquiry visually, verbally and electronically. 

The curriculum develops student’s art skills that are based on the elements of design, line, shape, colour, tone, form and texture. All students are encouraged to proudly display their artwork as part of the school's displays throughout the school.
